The auto programme mode is a favourite with 10-second cycle time changes in speed and vibration which means you do not become bored. The machine has a maximum of 6 and a half minute programme, so you will never be overdone.

This vibration plate has a good price, easy to assemble and use, fairly quiet and easy to move around. When using it for 15-20 minutes every 2 to 3 days for about 4 weeks, you’ll see good results. Muscles become more defined and toned, legs are firmed up and bum not so wobbly. Skin seems to be glowing more too.

The BM1500 vibration plate is well worth the money. The booklet is not great but if you put vibration exercises into Google, it will bring up two sites in the top four hits; vibrostation and vibration machine both of which have really good workouts and charts.

Some customers complained over the instruction sheets which were quite faint. It’s difficult to see the diagrams detailing how the trainer fitted together. Also, the vibration only comes up to the knees and is more of a buzzing sensation than the whole body vibration which you should get with these machines.

You can have headaches and sore joints from using it. The room feels like it is spinning. The BM1500 vibration plate comes with very few instructions so you won’t know if it’s normal and it takes some getting used to.
